Shipping & Handling: 1. We will send your goods out within 2-4 business days after your payment, tracking number will be provided after that. Shipping fees depends on the weight of your itmes. 2. Shipping fee includes shipping cost and shipping insurance.
A. For Express Mail Service (EMS cost USD35), which takes 5-10 business days to almost any country in the world, the shipping insurance is $5 for each purchase. You can track on http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp.
For USA buyer, you can track on www.usps.com. Usually the tracking number will be trackable on these site in 1 to 2 days after we ship the goods. EMS shipping is only for these country: USA, Canada, Australia, West Europe (UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, Finland, Norway, Belgium, Hungary etc). Please inquire us if you want send item to other country via EMS shipping way.
B. For Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service(cost 15usd), which takes 8-15 business days,the shipping insurance is $5 for each purchase.You can track on http://www.hongkongpost.com. For USA buyer, you can track on www.usps.com. Usually the tracking number will be trackable on these site in 1 to 2 days after we ship the goods.
C. If you need to ship by DHL or UPS, please ocntact our sales representative online first and let the mcalculate the shipping fees. It's higher than EMS in general (more USD25 normal)

Return Policy:
10 Days money back warranty: If you are not satisfied with our product because it doesn't work, you can send them back to us in 10 days after you receive it for refund, in this case, we don't refund the shipping fees. If you are not satisfied with our product because you don't like it, you can send them back to us in 10 days after you receive it for refund, in this case, we'll charge you 15% restocking fee and we don't refund the shipping fees.
One month exchange warranty: If the product doesn't work, you can send them back to us in one month for exchange, buyers pay the shipping fees for sending back to us, and we pay the shipping fees for resending them to buyers.
One year manufacture warranty: Within 1 year, buyers can send them back for free repair, in this case, buyers pay all the shipping fees in both sides. Which mean you should pay us the shipping fees for us to send them back to you. If buyer break the items and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of that components.
No matter for exchange or refund, buyers should send our products back first.
